Cookie policy
What cookies are
Small files a site asks your browser to keep, usually so it can recognise your device on a later visit. Some are set by us, some by other companies whose tools a site uses. This page covers both, and anything else that stores or reads data on your device.
Your choices
Nothing optional is loaded until you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time without losing anything.
Analytics, which is optional
If you agree, we load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics. It tells us which pages people find useful and roughly where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. It sets cookies beginning _ga that identify your browser to Google. If you decline, none of it is requested at all: the scripts are never fetched, so nothing is set and nothing is sent. If you accept and later change your mind, we delete those cookies.
Remembering your answer
We store your choice in a cookie of our own called presence_consent. It holds only your answer and the date you gave it, it is readable only by this site, and it exists so we do not ask you again on every page. It cannot be switched off, because without it there is nowhere to record a refusal.
Booking and shopping
The schedule, pricing and booking areas are run by WellnessLiving, our booking system. When you open one of those pages you are asking us to show you your options and let you book, so those tools load without a separate prompt, in the same way a shop counter opens when you walk up to it. WellnessLiving handles your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy.
Video in blog posts
Where a post includes a video, you get a still placeholder rather than the video itself. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you click play, and when you do we use their no-cookie player.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every browser can block or clear cookies, and you are free to use those controls as well. Blocking everything will stop us remembering your consent choice, so the banner will reappear. It will not stop you booking a class.
